Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules change. To respect our artists’ time and other clients, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

  • Cancellations will forfeit deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.


  • Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and you may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments.


  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments.


  • Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment date when at least 48 hours’ notice is given.


  • Repeated reschedules may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future appointments.
